The board of Aceto Corporation (NASDAQ:ACET) has approved a quarterly dividend of $0.06 per share. That is the amount that the company has paid out in dividends for most of the past quarters.
The latest dividend will be distributed to shareholders on March 25, 2016. As usually, only shareholders who meet a certain requirement will be eligible for the dividend. Aceto says that the latest dividend will only capture investors who would have acquired the stock by March 11, 2016. That means that if you get into the stock later than March 11, you are automatically out of luck for the dividend.

At the same time, the company announced that it was planning to pay new quarterly dividend of $0.29 per share to its shareholders later this month. Delphi previously paid a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share.
The newly declared quarterly dividend will be distributed to shareholders on Feb. 29, 2016. However, only shareholders who would have got into the stock by Feb. 17 will qualify for the dividend.
