FREELIFE OPENS WORLD HEADQUARTERS IN ARIZONA
Inc. 500 Company Chooses Phoenix after National Search

(Phoenix, AZ) –
Governor Jan Brewer joined FreeLife International co-founders Ray Faltinsky
and Kevin Fournier and local dignitaries today in celebrating the grand opening of the company’s
global headquarters in Phoenix and its commitment to create quality jobs for Arizonans. The
company has already created more than 100 high-wage jobs, with plans to grow to 300 positions over
the next three years.

“As we work to revitalize Arizona’s economy, FreeLife’s decision to establish and grow its
world headquarters in Phoenix is a powerful sign we are on the right path,” said Governor Brewer.
“These are real jobs and these are real economic opportunities for Arizona families and for the team
here at FreeLife.”

FreeLife is a leading nutritional company founded in 1995. Listed among the Inc. 500 Direct
Sales companies, FreeLife operates in 26 countries.

“We are delighted to announce the opening of our world headquarters today in Phoenix,
Arizona,” said FreeLife CEO, Ray Faltinsky. “The workforce, business environment and strategic
location make it the perfect place to continue to expand our business and help people lead healthier,
more prosperous lives.”

“The central part of our mission at FreeLife is to serve others and we see many opportunities
to contribute to our new community in the Phoenix area,” said FreeLife President, Kevin Fournier.
“We look forward to making a difference here, as we fulfill our commitment to help people realize their
full potential.”

FreeLife holds multiple annual conventions that draw international salespeople and business
executives, and will put Phoenix in the spotlight.

“FreeLife International’s move to Phoenix is a great fit — bringing hundreds of high-wage jobs
to a city with a talented workforce,” said Mayor Phil Gordon. “Phoenix’s location, skilled and diverse
labor force, and economic climate have always been the keys to our success in attracting quality jobs
and industry leaders.”

FreeLife’s new headquarters is an example of the company’s environmental stewardship –
receiving a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Standards (LEED) silver certification.
